‘I’m more understanding about myself and hopefully do more to help other understand me’

Our counsellors are autism specialists and dedicated to providing effective counselling sessions to autistic adults. We understand that you may be facing any number of challenges in life and we’d like to know, listen and support you through it.

Counselling offers a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which to talk about difficulties or concerns. It can help with many life challenges – from coping with traumatic experiences and events, to dealing with depression and anxiety, or managing harmful emotions and behaviours.

You may seek counselling for support in a time of crisis, or for exploring patterns of behaviours and getting to know yourself better.

The benefits of counselling can include:

-Providing emotional support, a listening ear.

-Helping you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

-Finding your own solutions to the difficulties you are experiencing.

-Developing coping strategies.

-Helping you to find tools and resources to improve your wellbeing.
